- Preparing and analysis business financials including analysis Month-on-month trends, Variances versus Target etc.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify reason for gap in performance and working with them to improve the performance.
- Cost analysis and forecasting including identifying levers of costs, measures to optimize costs, improve productivity and efficiency.
- Automation and streamlining of various reports/ financials released by the function.
- Competition analysis and benchmarking. Identify and support implementation of measures to improve the business performance based on analysis.
- Supporting other team members in any other ad-hoc analysis and reviews, as done on an ongoing basis.
- Any other activities to support overall objective of the function.
